What is being accomplished anyway?

I like to feel accomplished.  As a mother of two eleven-month-old girls, there are a lot of days where feeling accomplished seems impossible.

When I think of the word accomplished, I also think of a quote from one of my favorite novels, Pride and Prejudice.  Maybe you've read it.  If you haven't, it's a must read.  In the book, they discuss what all a woman should be able to do in order to be considered accomplished.  It's ridiculous.  No wonder Elizabeth Bennett (the protagonist) replies, "I am no longer surprised at your knowing only six accomplished women.  I rather wonder now at your knowing any."  I feel the same way.

Thankfully, my version of being accomplished isn't as intense, or I'd never, ever feel accomplished.  I'm sure there are more of you out there who feel the same way.  If I get anything done, I feel accomplished.  Here's a shout out to what I've been working on that makes me feel accomplished.
